Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Nítida, the AI image editing service available at nitidaphoto.com (the "Service"), provided by QuietStack LLC. By using the Service, the user accepts them.
Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Service provider
The Service is provided by QuietStack LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming (USA) on August 19, 2026, filing number 2026-002060291 with the Wyoming Secretary of State, with EIN 42-5146042 and its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@nitidaphoto.com.
2. What the Service offers
Nítida lets you remove watermarks, text, logos, objects and people from an image. The user marks the area with a brush and an automated artificial intelligence system rebuilds the background. The result is generated automatically and may not be perfect: the user must review it before using it.
3. Minimum age
The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their country, who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. It must not be used by minors.
4. Access without registration
The Service does not require creating an account. Access, credits and the free preview are linked to the browser through a technical cookie, described in the Cookie policy. To sign in from another browser or device, the user can request a sign-in link on the Account page; it is sent to the email address used for payment and expires after 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, the user can write to support from that address.
5. Free tests
Before paying, the user can run up to 2 free tests, whose result is shown with a Nítida watermark. The limit is 2 per person; to do more, the first week must be paid for. The preview is for judging the result and does not include the high-quality download.
6. Payment, credits and subscription
Paid access is governed by the Subscription terms: the first week for $1.95 with 10 credits and, unless canceled beforehand, renewal at $49.95 per month with 120 credits. Each operation uses the number of credits shown before it is carried out; if an operation fails for technical reasons on the Service's side, the credits are returned automatically. Credits do not roll over between periods: at each renewal the balance resets to that of the new period. Credits can only be used while access is active, are personal and non-transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payments are processed by Stripe; QuietStack LLC does not receive or store full card details.
7. Right of withdrawal
If the user is a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, they generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content and services supplied immediately, before payment the user is asked to give express consent for access to begin at that moment and to acknowledge that, once payment is completed, they lose the right of withdrawal. This does not affect canceling future renewals, which can be done at any time under the Cancellation policy, or refunds under the Refund policy or the law.
8. Images and rights
The user may only upload images that are their own or for which they hold the necessary licenses, authorizations and consents, and is solely responsible for how they use the results. The uses described in the Acceptable use policy are prohibited, in particular removing watermarks or marks of authorship from other people's images without permission. The user keeps their rights to their images and to the results to the extent those rights belong to them; we acquire no rights over them beyond what is necessary to process them.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control, including those of processing providers. We may improve, modify or withdraw features. Changes affecting a period already paid for will not substantially reduce what was purchased without appropriate compensation.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or limit access where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, unlawful use or a risk to the security of the Service or of third parties.
11. Liability
The Service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, QuietStack LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for the use the user makes of the results, and its total liability to the user is limited to the amounts the user paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law or any non-waivable rights granted to the user by the consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). If the user is a consumer, they keep the protection granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts those laws allow.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last-updated date. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be announced with reasonable notice, so the user can cancel before they take effect. Questions: support@nitidaphoto.com.
