Subscription and automatic renewal terms
These terms explain the purchase of the first week of access, automatic renewal and how to cancel your NITIDAPHOTO.COM subscription.

1. First week of access
The user pays $1.95 for their first week of access to NITIDAPHOTO.COM. This payment includes editing and high-quality download of the selected image, 7 days of access to the tools and 10 credits to use them.
2. Automatic renewal
If the user does not cancel before the end of the first week, the subscription renews automatically at $49.95 per month, with 120 credits per month. Credits do not roll over: at each renewal the balance resets to 120 credits and any credits left unused from the previous period are lost. Monthly renewals continue until cancellation. The length of the initial period, the price, the currency, the billing frequency and the renewal terms are shown before the payment is authorized.
3. Payment authorization
By confirming checkout, the user authorizes QUIETSTACK LLC to charge $1.95 for the first week of access and, unless the user cancels before it ends, subsequent monthly charges of $49.95 to the selected payment method. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Taxes will be applied where applicable.
4. Confirmation and receipts
The purchase confirmation states the amount paid for the first week, the expected date of the first monthly charge, the recurring price and how to cancel. Information and receipts are provided through checkout, the email address associated with the account or Stripe's own channels.
5. Cancellation
The user can cancel online at any time from their account or from the cancellation page. If the user cancels during the first week, the first monthly charge will not be made and access will continue until the week ends. If the user cancels after a renewal, further charges will be prevented and access will continue until the end of the current monthly period.
6. Failed payments and price changes
If a renewal cannot be charged, we may retry the payment, ask for a new payment method or limit access. Price changes will apply only to future periods and will be announced with the required advance notice, allowing the user to cancel before they take effect.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
Canceling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and by any applicable mandatory rights. Contact: support@nitidaphoto.com.
