1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one visit to the next. The browser's session storage does something similar, and it is cleared when you close the tab.

2. What we use

The technical ones are our own and let the Service remember your access, your credits and the work in progress. Google Ads cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in the notice: they tell us whether a visit that came from an ad ended in a purchase. We don’t use them to show you personalised ads or to track you across other sites.

3. Do we need your consent?

For the technical ones, no: the law exempts cookies needed to provide the service you ask for. For Google Ads cookies, yes: none are set until you accept. Until then, the Google tag only sends pings without cookies or identifiers (Google consent mode). Accept and Reject carry equal weight in the notice, and you can change your choice at any time with the button on this page.

4. The payment page

When you pay, you are redirected to Stripe's payment page, on its own domain (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe uses its own cookies there, needed to process the payment and prevent fraud, under its cookie policy. Those cookies are not set by nitidaphoto.com.

5. How to delete them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the session cookie, the Service will no longer recognize your access in that browser; in that case, write to us from the email address you paid with and we will look into it.
