Cancellation policy
You can cancel online at any time to stop future renewals.

1. What canceling does
Canceling prevents future renewal charges. It does not automatically refund a payment already made, nor does it remove access for a period already paid for.
2. Access until the end of the period
After canceling, the user keeps access until the last day of the current period, unless it must be suspended because of illegal use, fraud, a security risk or another permitted reason.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel using the control on this page or from your account. You do not need to call, accept an offer or complete any steps unrelated to canceling.
4. Confirmation
A successfully completed cancellation displays a confirmation and, where available, the date your access ends. We recommend keeping that confirmation.
5. Problems and refunds
If cancellation does not work, write without delay to support@nitidaphoto.com from the email address associated with the account and give the approximate renewal date. Do not send full card details. Refunds are handled separately, under the Refund policy.

Cancel without signing in
Enter the email you paid with and press the button. Your cancellation is recorded at that moment and we instantly email you a receipt with the date and time of your request.
You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You won’t be charged again.
