nitidaphoto.com may only be used with images the user is authorized to process and for lawful purposes.

1. Required rights
The user must own the image or hold all the licenses, consents and permissions needed to upload it, modify it and use the result, including those relating to intellectual property, trademarks, privacy, likeness and identifiable people.
2. Prohibited uses
nitidaphoto.com may not be used to infringe rights, appropriate other people's content, circumvent licenses, mislead about ownership or authenticity, commit fraud or impersonation, create or process unlawful or non-consensual intimate content, exploit minors, harass, falsify evidence or documents, introduce malware, circumvent safeguards, carry out abusive automated scraping or disrupt the Service.
3. Responsibility for results
Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before they are used or published. Technical processing does not transfer ownership of the content or remove any legal or contractual obligations that apply.
4. Enforcement
QuietStack LLC may reject a request, limit processing, retain strictly necessary evidence or suspend an account where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach, fraud, a security risk or illegal activity. Communications may be sent to support@nitidaphoto.com.
