1. How to send a notice
Notices may be sent to support@nitidaphoto.com or by mail to QuietStack LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
2. What the notice must include
The notice must identify the rights holder or their representative, the work, trademark or right affected, the relevant account, content or conduct, why the use is not authorized, contact details and the action requested. We may ask for additional information where needed to assess the claim.
3. Response from the affected user
The affected user may respond with evidence of ownership, a license, consent or another legal basis. Where appropriate, we will pass the necessary information between the parties, respecting privacy and applicable law.
4. Measures and repeat infringers
We may block access, suspend an account, retain necessary evidence or take action against repeat infringers. False, abusive or bad-faith notices may give rise to liability.
5. Other rights
Claims relating to trademarks, privacy, likeness, impersonation or other rights must identify the right affected, the relevant material or conduct and the action requested, and be sent to support@nitidaphoto.com.
